- The Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers have +450 odds to win Super Bowl LVI.
- The Chiefs opened the season with +450 odds while the Packers Super Bowl odds opened at +800.
GREEN BAY, Wis. – Following their Week 15 win over the Baltimore Ravens, the Green Bay Packers have jumped the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and tied the Kansas City Chiefs for the shortest Super Bowl 56 odds.
Super Bowl 56 Odds
- Green Bay Packers +450
- Kansas City Chiefs +450
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers +600
- New England Patriots +900
- Los Angeles Rams +950
- Dallas Cowboys +1200
The Packers originally opened the season with preseason Super Bowl odds of +800. One of the main reasons that they jumped the Buccaneers is because the Bucs are coming off of an embarrassing shutout loss to the New Orleans Saints.
The Packers are also the new favorites to win the NFC Championship with +225 odds. There has been no stopping the Packers since they lost two games between Weeks 9 and 11 as they have gone on to win three straight games since then.
Backing up the Packers odds even more is that they have been one of the best teams against the spread this season going 11-3, and are winning games by an average of 4.1 points.
Chiefs Stay Hot
The Kansas City Chiefs have remained one of the hottest teams in the NFL having won seven straight games since Week 8 and have also covered the spread in five of those games. The Chiefs are also favored to walk away as the AFC Champions at +200 odds.
The Chiefs have something which most teams in the NFL do not and that is recent playoff and Super Bowl experience as they have been to two straight Super Bowls and three straight AFC Championship games.
They have been tailed by the New England Patriots for the last few weeks and have gained some separation from them following the Patriots Week 15 loss.
With there being no signs of slowing down for either team, these two can certainly meet in the Super Bowl.
