DENVER – The Denver Broncos have gotten off to a horrendous start to their season having dropped their first game to the Seattle Seahawks as a 7-point favorite in Week 1 and failing to cover 10 points to the rebuilding Houston Texans in Week 2.
On top of their losses, their new $245 million QB, Russell Wilson, has gotten off to a terrible start as well with 559 yards, 2 TDs, 1 Int, and a horrid 48.9 QBR through two games. Following his slow start, PointsBet is now offering a promotion to anyone that placed a bet on Russell Wilson to win the league MVP. They are giving those users a free bet of their choosing.

Russ went into the season amongst the favorites to win the MVP +1500 and has seen his odds drop tremendously. Following Week 1, they fell to +2200 and now sit at +3300 following Week 2.
Broncos Country, Riding Down The Odds Board
The first person that is to blame for the failed start of the Broncos season is first-year head coach, Nathaniel Hackett. Hackett has been criticized for both his play calling and his clock management which were the main reasons behind their loss in Week 1 and close Week 2 win. It also hasn’t been good for the media surrounding the team as the Hackett burner accounts have been on full troll mode comparing his job to Madden and much more.
I'll be honest here, this shit was a lot easier on Madden

I know clock management has been poor but we've been working on it and I'm sure it will click soon.
It's easy as 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10

Oddsmakers have not been friendly with the BroncosSuper Bowl odds following their questionable win. Prior to Week 1, Denver was sitting with +1800 odds to win Super Bowl 57 and quickly dropped to +2000 after losing to Seattle. They moved back once again after their win on the Texans to +2200 odds.
Other season props for the Broncos have also been pushed back due to their play including their win total dropping from 10 to 9 and their odds to make the playoffs going from -150 to +100.
Denver has a tough Week 3 matchup with the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football where there is an even line.
