- Ezekiel Elliott is expected to play in the Giants vs. Cowboys game on Thanksgiving.
- Tony Pollard is still expected to outperform him, with a 67.5 rushing yard O/U.
- Saquon Barkley has the highest rush yard O/U in the game at 74.5.
DALLAS - Three highly relevant fantasy football RBs will be involved in the NYG vs. DAL game on Thanksgiving Day, and online sportsbooks have odds on each of them.
On the Dallas side, Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott are expected to split work in the backfield, while the Giants will be sending a resurgent Saquon Barkley up against a dangerous Dallas defense.
Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Rushing Props
Total Rushing Yards - Ezekiel Elliott
- Over 45.5 -115
- Under 45.5 -115
Total Rushing Yards - Tony Pollard
- Over 67.5 -115
- Under 67.5 -115
The Dallas Cowboys’ backfield split of Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard has gone significantly in favor of Pollard in recent weeks.
Pollard has more overall yards, a higher yards/attempt average, and most tellingly of all, 14 runs of more than 20 yards where Elliott only has one.
The Giants average 25.7 rushing attempts allowed, and 135.9 total rush yards allowed, so there will be opportunities for both backs to eat.
Elliott enters the game with a “Questionable” designation due to a knee injury, but says he is “feeling good”.
Giants Rushing Yards Props
Total Rushing Yards - Saquon Barkley
- Over 74.5 -115
- Under 74.5 -115
The Giants backfield is very one-note, with the possible exception of the occasional Danny Dimes rollout.
Saquon Barkley has had 10 or more carries in all of his games this season, and has gone over 30 carries in more games than he’s gone under 14 carries.
In terms of yardage, Barkley has been a bit boom-or-bust. He has four games this season with more than 100 rushing yards, and also has two games this season with less than 60.
He’s gone over 74.5 rushing yards in six of his 11 games played, and under in the remaining five, meaning the NFL sportsbooks set this line just about perfectly.
In seven career games against the Cowboys, Barkley averaged 12 rushes for 60 yards.
The New York Giants take on the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving at 3:30 p.m. EST.
