- The Las Vegas Raiders have +110 odds to cover a 7-point alternate line.
- Josh Jacobs has +125 odds to hit over 100 rushing yards.
- There are +140 odds for Cam Akers to score a touchdown.
LOS ANGELES – The Las Vegas Raiders are on the road to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 14 of Thursday Night Football where they are 6-point favorites on the gamelines. Even with the Raiders favored on the road though, there are several different prop odds to take as well with tremendous value.
These three prop bets are all coming in at plus money on NFL betting sites and each have a great chance of hitting based on where things are headed prior to the game.
LV Raiders Alternate Spread Offers Value
Las Vegas Raiders Alternate Spread
- Raiders -7 (+110)
Just before the game, the Raiders odds on TNF saw the spread shift from -7 to -6 in a strange turn of events especially considering all of the key pieces that the Rams are missing. This is where the alternate could be used to an advantage as the original 7-point spread offers huge value. Looking back to the Raiders five wins this season, three of them have come at seven points or more. Also, in the Raiders last three games where they’ve been favored by 6-7 points, they covered in two of the three games.
The Rams are in an even worse position that backs the Raiders 7-point spread even more. In seven of their nine losses this season, they’ve been defeated by 7 or more points. On the spread, in the Rams past three games as a 6–7-point underdog at home, they’ve gone 1-2 ATS.
On the stats side, the Raiders are averaging over 24 ppg this season while the Rams are only putting up 16 ppg. At the eight-point differential, these odds are worth laying action on.
Josh Jacobs To Continue His Dominance
Josh Jacobs To Record 100+ Rushing Yards
- Yes +125
These odds could be some of the easiest to cash of all the odds here being that Jacobs has gone for 100+ yards in six games this season including his last three outings. That also includes a 229-yard outing in Week 12. Luckily for Jacobs, he gets a Rams defense that is letting up just under 100 yards per game and will be without their star defensive lineman, Aaron Donald as well.
Also, as a whole this season, the Rams have let five teams rush for 110+ yards on them including 120+ against the Buffalo Bills and 160+ against the Dallas Cowboys.
The loss of Aaron Donald will certainly play a role in Jacobs explosive game being that he has 10 tackles for loss this season.
Cam Akers Solidifying Redzone Role?
Cam Akers Anytime TD
- Yes +140
Cam Akers is coming off of his best game of the season yet that saw him go for two touchdowns. That said, the Rams are sure to use him in more of a redzone role which is why his Rams player odds to score a TD are so strong. There are plenty of facts that point towards Akers finding the endzone once more on Thursday night.
First is that the Raiders have a bottom-five redzone defense in the league letting their opponents score on 64% of drives inside of the 20 yard line having given up 12 redzone rushing touchdowns all season. In the games that he has played this season, Akers is also the primary redzone back with 10 redzone rushing attempts leading the team.
Looking at their last seven games following their Week 6 bye, the Raiders have let opposing running backs score in five of those seven games.
