- Nick the Dolphin is undefeated when it comes to picking the Super Bowl.
- Fiona the Hippo has gone 1-2 on Super Bowl picks.
- Sid the Wolf picked in place of Ozzy the Bear.
TAMPA, Fla. – With Super Bowl 55 right around the corner, many should begin getting their picks in for who they think is going to walk away as the winner.
For those that are having trouble deciding between the Super Bowl odds between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, there are different animals that make their picks every year.
Some animals have picked better than others through the years but it is definitely a good idea to follow the ones with a winning record.
Starting with Nick the Dolphin, who resides in the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, he started making picks for the Super Bowl six years ago and has remained a perfect 6-6 in his picks including picking the Chiefs to win last year.

Looking at Super Bowl 55, Nick made his pick on February 2nd and has picked the Kansas City Chiefs for the second year in a row.
Being that Nick has gone perfect thus far, if there was ever a reason to bet on the Chiefs to win, this is that reason.
Moving on to Fiona the Hippo from the Cincinnati Zoo, she has been making her Super Bowl picks for the last three seasons and has gone just 1-2 with those picks. Her only correct pick was back in 2018 when she picked the Philadelphia Eagles to beat the New England Patriots.
Fast forward to Fiona’s pick for Super Bowl 55, she made a bold pick and went with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win.
Unfortunately for Fiona, being that she has missed the last two Super Bowls, it might be wise to fade her decision.
Lastly, from Zoo Montana, many might remember Ozzy the Bear who holds a 6-2 record when picking the Super Bowl. However, Ozzy will not be making a pick this year considering that it is winter, and he has yet to come out of his hibernation.
With that said, Zoo Montana had Sid the Wolverine step in and make the pick as she chose the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with his first ever pick.
Aside from Nick, Fiona and Sid, there are other animals that have made picks for this year’s Super Bowl including Lele the Panda from the Memphis Zoo who took the Chiefs, Jack the Shark from Miami Metro Zoo and a lion cub trio from the Dallas Zoo who also took the Chiefs.
Whether following or fading the animals’ instincts, the Super Bowl betting fun has just begun.
