LAS VEGAS – Rather than betting on which team will win the conference, it can be less risky to bet on which division will have the conference winner. However, that’s not always the case.

AFC Conference Champion: AFC West Favored

Although the Kansas City Chiefs are currently 2-3 and in sole possession of last place in the AFC West, they’re still the second choice to represent the AFC in the upcoming Super Bowl with +350 odds. With the Los Angeles Chargers +700 also being one of the top five options on NFL betting sites, the AFC West has the shortest odds of any division.

This one shouldn’t come as much of a surprise since the NFC West is thought to be one of the best divisions of all time. Not only are the Arizona Cardinals the last undefeated team in the league, but the Los Angeles Rams have the second-shortest odds behind only the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
