Looking at Brian Flores, he has done an excellent job with this Miami Dolphins team as he has completely turned things around in South Beach.

He has turned a corner with the Miami Dolphins as they finished last season with a 5-11 record and sat in last place in the AFC East to right now where they sit at 8-5 and are two games behind of the top spot in the division.

Not to mention, Flores has changed the defensive game plan completely as they have arguably the best defense in the league being that they allow the second least amount of points per game.

Something else to take note of is that the Dolphins will likely make the playoffs at the rate that they have been going. With them likely making the playoffs, right now would be the time for NFL bettors to get a jump on Brian Flores’s odds to win Coach of the Year as they would offer a great payout.
