CINCINNATI – Joe Burrow is thought to be the potential saving grace for a Cincinnati Bengals franchise that hasn’t won a playoff game since 1990. His rookie season was cut short due to an injury, but sportsbooks believe there could be a bounce-back spot for both Burrow and the Bengals.
