- Kyle Pitts has -120 odds to have over 7 receiving TDs.
- Sportsbooks have set Pitts receiving yards totals at 800.5.
- The Atlanta Falcons have -145 odds to win over 7.5 games.
ATLANTA – Atlanta Falcons rookie TE Kyle Pitts has a lot of hype surrounding him but the Falcons are big underdogs to compete for Super Bowl 56.
But Pitts' potential performance could affect the Falcons' season win totals or their NFC South standings if anything.

Kyle Pitts Season Props
Kyle Pitts did not drop a single pass during his last season at the University of Florida, leading him to be named unanimous All American and winning the John Mackey Award.
Pitts finished the season with 770 receiving yards for 12 TDs. Sportsbooks have set his NFL rookie season receiving yards at 800.5, a feat slightly higher than his college performance.
Kyle Pitts Regular Season Receiving Yards
- Over 800.5 -115
- Under 800.5 -115
Pitts will be in an offense where he will be seeing a lot of touches. Julio Jones is no longer with the Falcons, freeing up room for QB Matt Ryan to connect with the young stud.
Pitts is coming behind Hayden Hurst who is currently TE 1, and Calvin Ridley and Christian Blake at WR will also be seeing a lot of touches from Ryan.
Due to this, hitting the Over may be more difficult if as the season progresses if coach Arthur Smith runs significantly more plays for the veteran players.
This is likely why despite posting 12 TDs last season as a collegiate TE, sportsbooks have his TD totals for the 2021 season set at 7.
Kyle Pitts Regular Season Receiving TDs
- Over 7 -120
- Under 7 -110
What’s working in favor of the over is that Ridley and Blake will likely be seeing a lot of double teams. Pitts may see a lot of single coverage and he has already shown himself to be a force one on one.
Running Pitts in this manner could also help those betting on the Falcons.
Atlanta is coming off of a 4-12 season where they sat at the bottom of the NFC South. NFL sportsbooks have predicted that they will perform better this season, but their team win totals are still set low.
Atlanta Falcons 2021/22 Total Wins
- Over 7.5 -145
- Under 7.5 +110
The over is favored and that is likely a direct response to Pitts. The Falcons were at the bottom of the league offensively and defensively as well as lead the league in blown leads.
Pitts brings a different spark to the offense, and the Falcons have worked in the offseason in an attempt to work on its defense lapses.
Those betting on the Atlanta Falcons to hit the over are banking on Pitts and other off-season additions like LB Tuzar Skipper and DT John Atkins to turn the team in a positive direction.
