The Chiefs have made it to four straight AFC Championship games and have won two of them with one Super Bowl title from the 2019 season. KC’s season ended in a three-point loss to the Bengals during the 2021-22 postseason and they are the favorite to win the Super Bowl this season.

Betting on Buffalo

The Bills opened the 2022-23 season as the favorite to win the AFC and the Super Bowl, after being eliminated by the Chiefs in the Divisional Round last year. The Bills started the playoffs with a win over the Miami Dolphins and will be hosting the Bengals for Divisionals to make it to the AFC Title game.

The Bengals found a way to beat the Baltimore Ravens during the Wild Card round last week, similar to their 2021-22 postseason run that featured two underdog wins on the road. The Bengals will face a similar situation on Sunday as their road to repeating as AFC Champions requires a win at Buffalo.
